Made with Organic, Fair-Trade Pu’ehr black tea, hand crushed cacao beans, local ginger and a mortar & pestle Chai Tea Blend of clove, allspice, cinnamon, ginger and star anise. Love, intention and positivity.
This tea is subtle, earthy and grounding. You can double the loose leaf blend but, I prefer mine smooth with gentle hits of chai.
INSTRUCTIONS: On Stove top, add 1 tsbp loose leaf tea to sauce pan. Allow the blend to roast. slightly, until you smell the release of the oils. Add 2 cups milk of choice and heat to the edge of a boil. Stir and tightly close lid. Steep for 20 minutes. Strain and reuse, allowing 30 minutes of steeping time for the 2nd infusion.
This 2 ounce blend will provide 3-4 tea servings.
